A BUS plunged into the rear of another bus in Luohu District Monday afternoon, injuring nearly 40 passengers including three babies, the Daily Sunshine reported yesterday.A No. 13 bus was arriving at a bus stop on Sungang Road East when a No. 360 bus rammed into it at high speed. The rear of the No.13 was badly damaged in the violent collision.The No.360 bus lost control and careered more than 10 meters before stopping in the middle of the road. There was no other vehicle on the road at the time.

　　Three ambulances arrived a couple of minutes later and more than 20 seriously injured people were taken to hospital, with the others treated at the scene.(Hu Zheye)
