TRAFFIC jams caused by tens of thousands of revellers heading to Europe’s biggest rave party have turned the event on an isolated part of the Franco-Italian border into a safety risk, authorities are warning. Up to 30,000 revellers had already joined the unauthorized “Teknival” party on the Larche pass just inside the Italian border by Sunday. French officials said there was a 10-meter tailback on the local road heading towards the party site.“Teknival” is normally held in the south of France and draws a predominantly French audience.
