  PRETORIA: South African officials said Sunday they would not prosecute Manchester United manager Alex Ferguson on indecent assault charges, and described as “ridiculous” 21-year-old Nadia Abrahams’s claims that he repeatedly grabbed her leg as she gave him a lift to his hotel.
