Retail shop for rent (II)

C1: Alice and I are planning to run an accessory shop. I think 150 square feet fits our needs. But first I would like to know the rental rate and terms.

C1: We need discussion first. May I have the brochure (1) of the centre?

C1: After our discussion, we would like to have a look of unit 210 on the second floor.
A: Let me check for you. The unit size is 120 square feet. The net size is 90 square feet.
C1: Yes, we would like to take a look.
A: Are you interested in any other units besides unit 210?
C1: No, thanks. This is the only one.
