AUTOMATIC Admittance Tester, a newly developed technology for testing functions of human organs, was launched on Saturday by Shenzhen HuiDa Hi-Tech Development Co Ltd.
As the first clinical apparatus based on admittance technology in the world, the tester causes no cuts or pains, and is considered a breakthrough from the theoretical stage, according to experts from the Chinese Medical association.
At Saturday's news conference, experts interpreted the concept of admittance, in clinical words, as a physical measurement indicating an organism's traversing ability for alternate current. When any functional problem occurs to a human organ, this traversing ability changes through the tester and its monitor, and medics have the access to an early evaluation at the incipient stage of a disease without cutting any part of the human body.
Admittance technology has been researched for only 30 years. In contrast to the theoretical research results in a few developed countries, HuiDa's technology is the only one put into production. So far, the company has developed and produced three different types of automatic admittance testers: HD-M3181 for blood circulation, HD-M3281 for brain blood and HD-M3381 for stomach power.
