Tickets speculation struck

THE public security department of Shenzhen Railway Station briefed the public on Monday about the results of a resent crackdown on train tickets speculation.
Three train tickets speculation gangs were cracked down during the raid named "Spring Thunder Action" jointly carried out by public security departments.
Over 30 policemen have fought in the crackdown action in railway stations of Guangzhou, Guangzhou East, Shenzhen, Zhangmutou and Buji.
By Monday they had arrested 29 tickets speculators and confiscated many tickets.
In a statement, SZ railway public security authorities reiterate that tickets speculators especially organizers behind the scene will be given heavy punishments. It also pointed out that those policemen who are ignorant of the speculation would be laid off. Public security officers involved in the illegal trade will be fired. And it promised to award those who provide helpful clues. (Zhang Zhiyong)
