More star-level hotels

ANOTHER 48 local hotels joined the ranks of the city's State-authorized star-level hotels in the past year, bringing the number of star-level hotels in the city to 139 by the end of 2000 from 96 the year before.
Reportedly, five hotels were stripped of their stars because of poor management.
