Griff helps Meg forget Russell

MEG RYAN is healing her heartache over ex-love Russell Crowe - by dining with actor/director Griffin Dunne.
Meg, whose high-profile romance with Crowe collapsed earlier this year, was spotted sharing a cozy dinner with Dunne, 45, at New York's Dasilvino restaurant. An onlooker says, "She looked relaxed, and laughed flirtatiously with him all through dinner. After the meal, Griffin gallantly went to get Meg's coat for her, then hailed a cab before kissing her goodnight."
Dunne - who directed Meg in 1997's Addicted To Love - was recently romantically linked with Yves Saint Laurent model Sophie Dahl.
