Jane Fonda busy at memoirs
|
AT the age of 63, Jane Fonda will not be making any more movies -- she is now hard at work writing her memoirs.
"It was very nice for 30-40 years being an actress. But you know the expression -- Been there, done that,'' she told Hello! magazine in an interview published on Wednesday.
Asked if she would ever do cinema again, she replied "No''.
Fonda, recently separated from her husband, media tycoon Ted Turner, is spending four years writing her autobiography.
"One of the things I want to talk about in my memoirs is the fact that separation or divorce doesn't necessarily represent failure,'' she commented.
She said that her father, legendary actor Henry Fonda, was often a strict and very distant man but he had enormous integrity. "He had wonderful values as an American. He represented the best of this country.''(SD-Agencies)
