But she didn't have to wait until the morning. Thinking that it would be a good idea to start on their Internet report while she had the information at hand, she left the computer on and began to jot down(1) some notes. It blipped before she'd finished.
"Already?" muttered Tamsyn, as she saw the flashing MAIL WAITING once again.
Moments later, she was glaring at the screen.
Dear T-A-M-S-Y-N
Message received and understood! Hey — if you're going to use the Net, then there's a few things you need to know, and I might as well be the one to tell you. There are things you do, and things you don't do. It's called "netiquette"(网络礼节) — you know, like etiquette(礼节), meaning how to behave properly?
And the first rule is: DON'T USE CAPITALS IN YOUR NOTES — it's like shouting all the time! Do you do that off-line? If you want to "emphasize" something, you use the asterisk(星号) character.

"Netiquette? Don't use capitals?" She felt her top lip curling angrily. "Who does he think he is?"
"Right, ZAMSTER," she muttered as she began typing, "see what you make of this!(2)"
GET THIS ZAMSTER, WHOEVER YOU ARE, I'M USING CAPITALS HERE BECAUSE I "AM" SHOUTING! WHEN I WANT A LESSON ON MANNERS FROM A PRUNE(无趣的人) LIKE YOU I'LL ASK! UNTIL THEN, CRAW BACK UNDER YOUR ROCK AND STAY THERE!!!
