Foreign traffic rule violators fined
|
FOREIGN drivers in Shekou are suggested to take note that violators of traffic laws will be punished.
Local traffic policemen at Shekou used to encounter difficulties in dealing with foreign violators due to language barriers. But now a solution has been found in the form of bilingual flash cards, which can be used to communicate with lawbreakers.
