English can be fun

Beef 牛肉
Beef is one of the chief foods in many countries, especially in Western countries. Beef steak is one of the main courses of a Western-style meal. Beef tea (牛肉汁), stewed juice from beef, is chiefly for people who are weak or ill.
The word "beef" can mean "muscle". "Bob, though only a boy of 16, has got plenty of beef (肌肉)." We can put the idea in another way, like this: "Bob is a boy with a great deal of beef."
Everyone may beef (抱怨) about something once in a while (1). But, if a person is always beefing, he will be disliked even by his friends or relatives. Be broad-minded (胸襟开阔) and cheerful and you will live a happier life.
Note:
1. once in a while: 偶尔。
