Explosives found in railway station

A BUNDLE of tubed explosives were seized at SZ's railway station earlier this week, foiling a case of attempted murder.
Liu Mouqiao, the carrier, acted very suspicious when a policeman checked his luggage before the man boarded a train. The officer discovered blasting fuses in the bag.
Investigators determined that Liu, from Shaoyang in Hunan Province, planned to take revenge on his neighbour back home. Liu had convinced himself that the neighbour was the source of all his bad luck, and was even the cause of his wife's cancer. He enlisted the help of two friends from his hometown in attempting to carry out his plan. (Li Jing)
