Kim Young-tak, 70, is taken away by South Korean policemen after he stripped naked near the National Assembly in Seoul on Wednesday. Police blocked some 50 protesters who wanted to march towards the National Assembly to demonstrate against the government's inaction on former spies who were sent to the North during the Korea War.
